We are currently building a holiday village of protected type, consisting of  2 villa-type buildings with 20  apartments.

The building site is in Sozopol in the  area called Budjaka with a total building area of  1280 square metres.
The holiday area provides:

• pleasant swimming-pool;
• refreshing coffee bar in the open;
• a guarded car park;
• all apartments are with wonderful sea view;
• the village is only 20 m away from the beach with facilities for windsurfing and historical ruins.

The property management includes:

• all-year security guard, maintenance of common property areas;
• an yearly inspection and repair of the roof;
• maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool;
• All the mentioned services are included in the price of 7 euro/ sq.m per year;
• The buildings are offered with de-lux finished common property areas, PVC windows, MDF doors, intercom system and an installation for cable TV,internet connections,as well and phone line.

According to the building schedule the construction will last 10 calendar months and will end not later than 31.08.2007.

The stages of the construction process will meet the following dates:

• end of rough building work- until 30.03.2007;
• end of finishing work on the common property areas of the site- until 30.05.2007;
• inspection of the ready building site and issuing a certificate for usage –until 30.07.2007.
